Cardiac rehabilitation ( 4 periods)
1.Admission period: from onset of the disease until discharge; varying from several days to several weeks; trying to avoid patients from getting muscular atrophy and loss of daily functional activity.
2.From discharge to 3 months after. Aside from enhancing the patient’s cardiac function, we will try to improve the patient’s skeletal and muscular function, hoping to help the patient to resume his normal daily life, or return to work.3&4. The patient may return to his(her) native country. The therapy may be adjusted to meet each patient’s need.
Continuous therapeutic plan
The patient will be provided with all the pertinent data for them to bring back to his (her) own country; including VCD of their catheterization examination、all the in-patient and out-patient chart、medication、and rehabilitation record.
